Mariah has a background in clinical mental health counseling. She joined the DC family when she was struggling with the breakdown of one of her businesses. When she heard about corporate culture change, and directive communication psychology, she knew this was vital to change the trajectory of her business and for her clients. She incorporates and uses it into her counseling work, entrepreneur coaching, and business development work.
