She started her career as an in-house trainer, gaining valuable expertise in corporate environments, before transitioning to freelance work. With a passion for empowering others, Coach Sham founded Dynamic Coaching & Consultancy 2017, where she now helps professionals, women & students to build unshakable self-confidence, achieve work-life blend and set and accomplish meaningful goals.
