Educated and trained in Bangladesh, USA, Japan and Norway, Mr. Quazi Ahmed is one of the top speakers on business development/Key Account Management, leadership and team building in Bangladesh. He received the “Global Training and Development Leadership Award” in February 2017 which was presented by the Mumbai-based World HRD Congress in its 25th-anniversary celebrations. With 25 years of training experience under his belt, he facilitated more than 2500 training sessions attended by close to one hundred thousand people in the private, nonprofit and public sectors organizations in Banagladesh. In addition, he has conducted training and or presented keynotes in USA, UK, Denmark, Malayasia, India and Nepal. In recognition of his significant contribution in the training field, his peer group comprising consultants, trainers and others elected him as the President of Bangladesh Organization for Learning and Development (BOLD) for the years 2016-2020.
In recent years, he has successfully completed individual, team and organizational capacity development assignments for various private, nonprofit, and government organizations such as the following: GP, Robi, NEC, Huawei, Standard Chartered Bank, Berger, Coats, Walmart, Square Group, GOWaterAid, Save the Children, Practical Action, a2i Program at Prime Minister’s Office, ICT Division, UNDP, ILO, UNOPS, BRAC, among many others.
