and Strategic Consultant over close to a decade. Sunil is regarded as
a strategist and thought-leader in developing Solution Focused and
Strength Based leaders, shaping talents and empowering workforce,
driving high performance and shaping organization performance
through effective KPIs in corporate organizations, government and
non- government agencies, educational institutions, both locally and
internationally. He brings with him a wealth of experience in
leadership, management, governance and projects which he gained
while working for more than 10 years with PETRONAS, the national oil & gas and a fortune
500 company.
He brings with him more than a decade long corporate experience from PETRONAS as well as
16 years of significant leadership roles in local and international arenas. In PETRONAS, he was
co-leading the development of the PETRONAS Project Management Processes, focusing on
Risk Management, Governance and External Benchmarking. He was a catalyst in doing the
change management and doing project governance & risk management for a portfolio of RM
250 Billion worth of Downstream Projects. Sunil was the youngest member of the Pengerang
Integrated Complex (PIC) Risk & Governance Advisory Taskforce who was appointed to
develop the risk and governance frameworks for the project valued at RM 120 Billion.
