Joy is a commerce graduate and has acquired his PGDM in Human Resources. He has over 20 years of professional experience with the last 12 years specializing in the Training domain. He has conducted trainings in Personal development (IGNITE), Selling Skills (Sharpen your Axe) at Vodafone India Limited and conducted workshops in Leadership, Storytelling and Effective Communication at Tata Sky Ltd and Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd. He has upskilled and coached several trainers through his Train the Trainer bootcamps at multiple organizations.
Joy is a certified Master Trainer (Samsung Electronics) and also a certified trainer from the Indian Academy of Training & Development (IATD). He is also certified in facilitation skills (IAF) and NLP (ANLP). He has undergone several workshops & trainings by Dale Carnegie, RedWood Edge, Pragati Leadership, Vyaktitva, Siksha Training & Development and Kaash Consultancy. He takes utmost interest in designing customized participant materials, incorporating adult learning principles, and selecting methods for the perfect blended learning program.
